Onsite Support: There is a minimum of ½ hour on site plus ½ hour travel time (see below) for onsite service calls during normal business hours. After the initial minimum support is billed in ¼ hour increments.

Travel Time: Onsite support has an additional ½ hour travel time fee for clients within 30 miles of FMS. Outside the 30 mile radius and After Hours travel time is billed as the actual time required to travel to your location.

Pickup/Drop Off: Normal Travel Time fees apply for pickup or delivery.

FMS Office Support: Support provided at FMS’ office has a minimum of ½ hour additional time is billed in ¼ hour increments.

Telephone Support/Consulting: Support provided over the phone either to resolve a problem or to give advice (consulting) is billed in ¼ hour increments.

After Hours: After hours, holiday and emergency support is billed at time and a half. Minimum on site fees are 1 hour.
